ITS America ’s Annual Meeting is the premier annual event in North America for ITS professionals. ITS AMERICA’S AWARDS CEREMONY

Whether or not you have attended a previous ITS America Annual Meeting, please be assured this is still your Annual Meeting. In fact, you will experience many of the features that are a part of every Annual Meeting — in addition to being able to take advantage of everything offered by the World Congress on ITS. Among the highlights of the Annual Meeting are its awards presentation. They include:

• Best of ITS Awards — the United States’ only awards program that honors the most innovative, effective, and influential achievements in the ITS industry.



• Outstanding State Chapter Awards — recognizing ITS America’s State Chapters in multiple categories.



• Student Essay Competition — sponsored by Southwest Research Institute, the competition provides an opportunity for today’s transportation and engineering students to apply their knowledge in a thought-provoking and enjoyable competition and to build awareness of ITS as a career path with unlimited potential in the ITS industry.

The awards ceremony will be held on Monday, November 17, 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
