English is the official language of the World Congress on ITS.

Passport and Visa Requirements
Citizens of all countries must have a passport in order to travel to the U.S. You must have a letter of invitation in hand from ITS America to apply for a U.S. visa at your local U.S. Embassy or Consulate, and you may need such a letter of invitation to obtain an exit visa from your own government prior to applying for a U.S. visa.  Please check your local requirements. Currency
Current exchange rates for the U.S. dollar can be obtained from your bank or online (e.g., at http://finance.yahoo.com/currency.) Most credit cards are accepted in the United States, including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. In general, the use of credit cards and ATM machines will provide a far more favorable exchange rate than exchanging currency at banks or hotels.
